Psychotherapy for

LGBTQIA 18+ in Texas

As a social worker and therapist I have worked with LGBTQIA clients struggling to accept themselves and trying to find a safe place to explore their feelings.

Personally and professionally I have dealt with anxiety, coming out, cultural identity, depression, family and relationship issues, narcissistic abuse, self-esteem, sexual identity exploration, suicidal ideation, and trauma.

Thus, I have a deep understanding of these issues and how to use different therapy modalities to work through them. If I was able to do it, I believe others also have the ability to do it. Yes, it takes a lot of work, but you are worth it.

For me, therapy is about having a truer and integrated self. My role as your therapist will be to guide you on your path to self-discovery and growth processes.
